Why Club MoBay Makes Travel to Jamaica Easier

Picture
In the last year I have been fortunate enough to Jamaica a couple of times, once for business (yep tough job) and once for pleasure.  I love this island for all the fun, sun and gorgeous beaches.  Let’s be honest the toughest part of our trip is going through customs.  Depending on the time you arrive you can wait up to 2 hours just to get through the customs line.
In Jamaica there is an option called Club MoBay which help you bypass the long lines to help you get to your resort much faster and with less stress.  When you arrive at the airport you will be greeted by a representative at your gate that will escort you personally through customs and immigration.  While you are being escorted from the plane to the customs area, your Club MoBay rep will make sure that you have all your paperwork in order.  They will take you to a expedited line that is much smaller than the regular line.  Once you have finished being processed and your bags are collected your rep will escort you to the Club MoBay lounge where you can enjoy a cocktail, freshen up and relax until your transfer arrives.  I find that the Club lounges allows you to relax after a long travel day.

When I was ready to return to home I decided to use the Club MoBay Fast track services. When I got to the airport I went through an expedited TSA line and went directly to the lounges (located by gate 12). There I was able to relax, have a light snack and wait for my plane in a comfortable area.  When I went on business I was able to complete some work and check my emails before I got home with the complementary Wifi.  There are monitors that show you when you flight (with gate number) is ready to board.  If you have enough time Club Mobay also has a spa to further relax in, additional charges for spa services.

If you want more information on Club MoBay for your next vacation to Jamaica, please contact your favorite Whitney World Travel advisor.
