My kids will disagree with this completely.  But I love a trip to Disney with just adults.  And now, with the release of 2020 packages just around the corner it’s the perfect time to plan a grown up escape! Whether it’s a girls trip, a couples trip or a trip with other adult friends, you need to get away without the little ones.

Don’t get me wrong, I love going with my kids and experiencing Disney through their eyes, but it’s a whole different kind of magic when it’s adults only.

My top must-visit destinations: Antarctica, Hawaii, and Paris. I'll probably be waiting on Antarctica until our kids are grown, but Hawaii and Paris are much easier than they seem! All it takes to make it to your must-visit destinations is a little flexibility and creativity, and a well thought out budget.  

I have recently seen several articles in the news talking about “momcations” or getaways with your girlfriends.  One article was all about how beneficial this can be to a mom.  Getting away for at least two days is what is recommended to get the most benefit from you mom getaway!

​I was lucky enough to go to Sandals Royal Caribbean for my 22ndanniversary this past May. It was my first time to Sandals so I wanted it to be perfect.   I told my husband that we should get a Butler category room.  When he asked why, I said that the butler service is supposed to be the best in the world and I wanted us to be pampered on our trip.  I can tell you that it was the best decision!!
